Auditions for the 2020-2021 school year will be held in May of 2020

 Auditions will consist of

• Warm-up for high range and low range

• Major scale, ascending

• Major scale, descending in canon with piano (piano starts, then you sing two beats after the piano)

• My Country ‘Tis of Thee in G Major with accompaniment

• Short sight-reading example

  • First, you will hear the tonic triad

  • Next, you will have 30 seconds to practice

  • Next, you will hear the tonic triad one more time

  • Lastly, you will sing through the example
